What you'll do

  • Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support
  • Analyse pump failures and identify root causes
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve pump performance and reliability
  • Register customer complaints in the system and track them through to closure
  • Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure prompt resolution of issues
