About the role

As a Senior Engineer, Automation & Control, Service Engineering, you will be responsible for: Providing on-site and remote technical support for instrumentation, automation and control systems during installation and commissioning phases of projects.

What you'll do

Providing on-site and remote technical support for instrumentation, automation and control systems during installation and commissioning phases of projects
Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to make customer technical issues/requirements understood and addressed in a timely manner
Leading and programing manage root cause analysis/investigation activities for product technical issues
Preparing technical presentations for BH Leaders and Customers ensuring the timely communication of significant issues or developments
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during all phases of work
