Senior Engineer-Test Automation

About the role

You will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software delivered by the development team through a balanced blend of automated and manual testing. Beyond validating functionality, you will champion company standards, continuous improvement, and a culture of quality across the SDLC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that software solutions align with user needs, business goals, and performance expectations.

What you'll do

• Test Strategy and Planning
• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, regression, and performance scenarios
• Translate business and technical requirements into meaningful manual and automated test cases
• Provide actionable feedback to Business Analysts to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and traceable
• Define and evolve the overall automation strategy aligned with enterprise standards and release cadence
