Senior Engineer - Vmware Workspace ONE

About the role

We are seeking a skilled VMware Workspace ONE L1 Support Engineer to provide operational support and administration for the Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform. The role involves device enrollment, endpoint management, application deployment, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring high service availability in an enterprise environment.

What you'll do

• Provide L1 support for VMware Workspace ONE UEM environment
• Manage device enrollment and provisioning for corporate-owned and BYOD devices
• Support iOS, Android Enterprise, Windows 10/11, and macOS devices
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, compliance, and application deployment issues
• Configure and maintain device profiles, security policies, restrictions, and compliance rules
