Senior Engineering Manager - Regulatory Reporting

About the role

This role sits at the heart of how Citimanages counterparty exposure — you will own the technical direction and people leadership behind the softwareplatform that Risk Officers & Finance Controllers rely on every day to manage the firm's exposure to financialinstitutions, governments, and corporates that trade with Citi.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level/junior developers and analysts, helping build the overall engineering capabilities of the team
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering standards and processes to make the team more capable andefficient
