Senior Engineering Manager, Risk & Resilience

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager leading delivery at LSEG in our Engineering function, supporting Operational Risk and Resilience teams. The role sits within Operational Risk & Controls Engineering team and will lead project and product deliverables and dependencies via various workstreams and sub-workstreams, impacting multiple senior internal and external partners!

What you'll do

• Responsible for E2E implementation of engineering deliverables for Risk and Resilience portfolio covering Customer Assurance
• Development of scope and coordinated product roadmaps, and ensuring relevant risk management processes are in place
• Lead horizontal workstream and/or vertical product squad set up and partner engagement, implementing improved delivery controls and reporting
• Partner with sponsors, end-users and colleagues to define/refine objectives, HL outcomes, delivery approach and timelines
• Lead multiple workstreams and matrix teams throughout the product lifecycle delivering results to meet the success parameters
