Senior Engineering Manager | US-HQ'd Prop-Tech | BLR

About the role

Experience working with Python-based backend systems and cloud-native architectures is strongly preferred. 12-16 years of software engineering experience with ~3-5 years in people management, ideally in fast-paced SaaS/product environments, with strong balance of strategy and execution. Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery through roadmap ownership, OKRs/KPIs, and strong collaboration with Product and Design for predictable execution.

What you'll do

• Lead the future of Agentic AI in a real, large-scale enterprise environment
• Act as a hands-on technical leader driving system design, architecture reviews, and resolving complex engineering challenges in backend and platform systems
• Build and scale high-performing teams through hiring, mentoring, performance management, succession planning, and fostering a strong engineering culture
