About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Functional Lead to join our Aerospace & Defense (A&D) consulting practice. This senior-level role is responsible for leading end-to-end SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementations, with a specific focus on the unique operational, compliance, and sustainment requirements of the A&D industry.

What you'll do

• SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance & Asset Management Configuration
• Maintenance Planning & Scheduling: Time-based and counter-based maintenance plans, scheduling parameters, call horizons, cycle tolerances, and maintenance strategies
• Condition-Based & Predictive Maintenance: Leveraging SAP Intelligent Asset Management capabilities including SAP Asset Performance Management (APM) and IoT integration
• Refurbishment of Components and Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) processes
• Work Order Management: Order types, operations, confirmations, settlement rules, partner functions, and maintenance workflows
