About the role
To be responsible for the installation, technical administration, tuning, and monitoring of the ERP applications across multiple modules & integrations while meeting consistent quality requirements and timelines.
What you'll do
- Manages the overall ERP environment, including multiple modules and integrations
- Monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and optimization across the ERP system, aligning with business goals
- Perform troubleshooting for complex technical issues at the ERP and database level
- Stay updated on emerging ERP technology trends and transfer knowledge to the team members
