About the role

Prior experience in all Accounts Payable functions, including Vendor Maintenance, Invoice Processing, Exception handling, Payments & reporting activities of the Accounts Payable Processing NON PO/PO Invoices. Enter time-sensitive Utility invoices and research any past due amounts to ensure for current accounts

What you'll do

• Processing NON PO/PO Invoices. Enter time-sensitive Utility invoices and research any past due amounts to ensure for current accounts
• Respond to AP inquiries and requests (from either vendors and/or business associates)
• Ensure SLA targets are achieved
• Responsible to adhering to applicable policy, procedures, standards and internal controls

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Internal controls
• Reporting
• Reconciliation
• Excel
• Accounts payable
• Any graduate
