About the role

The role is responsible for productivity, manpower management, quality compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives within the packing function. Plan, organize, and monitor all Cephalosporin packing activities to achieve production schedules and business requirements. Ensure timely execution of primary and secondary packaging operations while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Monitor daily packing output, productivity, and line efficiencies
