About the role

As the Senior Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, building a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline, and fostering a positive candidate experience. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in shaping our recruitment processes and contributing to the overall success of Digitide Solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing strategic direction and guidance
• Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and strategies to meet business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through various recruitment channels and networking
• Design and execute innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
