Senior Executive, Collections Compliance

About the role

As the Senior Executive - Collections Compliance, you will ensure the compliance and operational integrity of PhonePe Lending's collections ecosystem. You will lead comprehensive field audits, maintain rigorous lender and regulatory alignments, and drive continuous process improvements to ensure full compliance across all collection operations and partner agencies throughout India.

What you'll do

• Audit & Compliance Management: Conduct comprehensive field audits of collection agencies and internal processes across PAN India operations
• Regulatory Alignment & Governance: Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services collections
• Data Security & Information Security (INFOSEC) Administration: Implement and ensure adherence of INFOSEC policies and protocols across the collections ecosystem
• Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, lenders and regulatory authorities
