This role supports the implementation of robust safety and environmental management practices in residential projects, ensuring compliance, accident prevention, and a strong safety culture across all site operations. Support implementation of EHS policies, site safety plans, and risk assessments Monitor daily site activities for compliance with safety and environmental standards.

What you'll do

• Support implementation of EHS policies, site safety plans, and risk assessments
• Monitor daily site activities for compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and promote safety awareness
• Record and report incidents, assist in investigations, and track corrective actions
• Maintain EHS documentation and prepare safety dashboards and reports for management
