Senior Executive / Executive – Sourcing (Speciality chemicals)

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive / Officer – Sourcing to support sourcing and procurement activities within the specialty and bulk chemicals business. The role will focus on maintaining supplier databases, coordinating, Requests for Quotations (RFQs), collecting and analyzing price information, following up with suppliers, and preparing procurement documentation and MIS reports.

What you'll do

• Process Support: Assist the sourcing team with supplier onboarding, vendor documentation, and other procurement-related activities
• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
• Internships may also be considered
• Proficiency in MS Excel and the preparation of reports and MIS

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Sourcing
• MIS reporting
• Dashboarding
• Excel
• B.Tech or B.E.
