About the role

The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring data accuracy, handling employee inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in audits and process improvements. Additionally, it requires collaboration with HR, finance, and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and maintain compliance.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness by staying compliant with regulations
• Generate payroll reports and distribute to different stakeholders as appropriate
• Provide timely resolution to payroll-related queries
• Audit payroll inputs, address discrepancies if any before it is sent to the Team Manager for further review

What you need
