About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to own the complete Accounts Payable lifecycle for our Insurance Legal & Advisory (L&A) segment. The role involves overseeing invoice processing, payments, vendor reconciliation, and query resolution while driving stakeholder collaboration and leading a high‑performing AP team.

What you'll do

• Manage the end‑to‑end Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice receipt, validation, and payment execution
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments in accordance with service level agreements
• Handle vendor inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Perform regular vendor reconciliation and address aging issues proactively
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AP analysts and coordinators
