What you'll do

• Process and adjudicate US medical bills with precision and compliance to client guidelines
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, attendance, and schedule adherence metrics
• Report performance, concerns, and feedback to the Assistant/Lead Assistant Manager
• Collaborate with team members for clarification and support on process matters
• Coordinate with client supervisors and SMEs for clarifications and training
