What you'll do

• Ensure timely, accurate processing of enrollment activities while adhering to regulatory guidelines, service level agreements, and internal quality standards
• Oversee end‑to‑end electronic enrollment processing to meet SLA targets
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and exceptions
• Monitor and report key performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities
• Conduct periodic quality audits and implement corrective actions
