Senior Executive – HITL (Human-in-the-Loop)

About the role

The role combines human judgment, recruitment expertise, and business context to review AI-recommended candidates, make hiring decisions, and continuously improve the system through structured feedback. The employee will ensure hiring decisions remain accurate, unbiased, compliant, and aligned with business needs, while maintaining defined service level agreements (SLAs).

What you'll do

• Review the daily shortlist of candidates recommended by Recruitment engine
• Evaluate candidate profiles using human judgment, recruitment experience, and business context
• Make hire / no-hire decisions within defined SLAs
• Document the decision rationale in the system to maintain transparency and audit readiness
• Ensure consistency in decision-making aligned with organizational hiring standards
