What you'll do

• Be responsible for developing and implementing innovative HR practices, fostering a positive company culture, and attracting top talent
• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing strategic direction and guidance
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
• Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
• Implement and oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition
