  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives

  • Collaborate with managers to develop and execute effective performance evaluation processes
  • Design and Rollout Surveys and managed wellness calendar for employees
  • Drive Employee communication for the assigned workforce
