About the role

We are seeking a strategic and professional Senior Executive - HRBP to join our organization in Noida, India. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, driving organizational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational development.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop talent acquisition strategies, define competency frameworks, and support the hiring of key positions
  • Facilitate communication between HR and business units to ensure consistent messaging, policy implementation, and alignment on people-related initiatives
  • Support employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and cultural development programs to create a positive and inclusive workplace environment
