Senior Executive - Operations & RMS

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with experience in Capital Market Operations, RMS, Trade Allocation, Client Segregation, and Depository Operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong logical reasoning abilities, excellent mental calculation skills, and the capability to make quick and accurate decisions in a dynamic market environment while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Monitor client margins, exposures, and positions across Equity, F&O, Commodity
• Perform real-time risk monitoring and client surveillance
• Handle margin shortfalls, limit breaches, and square-off activities
• Monitor peak margin compliance and risk-related exceptions
• Trade Allocation & Operations

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Excel
• MIS reporting
• Coordination
• Reporting
• Reconciliation
• Problem solving
• Any graduate

Good to have

• Capital markets
