About the role

To support and manage day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments, effective utilization of resources, and delivery of high-quality patient services in accordance with hospital policies, SOPs, and applicable quality standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular rounds of assigned patient care and service areas
• Ensure hospital facilities and patient areas are maintained as per expected service standards
• Escalate critical operational issues to the appropriate authority on time
• Support emergency and special operational requirements whenever required
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, employee, and organizational information
