Senior Executive - Operations

About the role

Responsible for inventory management and ICQA activities, ensuring inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, SBC counts, put-away audits, and compliance with operational KPIs. The role involves maintaining the ICQA penalty matrix, monitoring inventory health, and driving process adherence within warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Manage inventory control activities, including Daily Cycle Count (CC) and SBC Count
• Maintain and monitor the ICQA penalty matrix and inventory accuracy metrics
• Perform daily put-away audits and identify process gaps
• Operate and manage inventory activities through Amazon AFTX software
• Ensure inventory KPIs are achieved through regular monitoring and corrective actions
