What you'll do

• Overall responsibility for receipt, storage, and dispatch management as per agreed standard operating procedures
• Serve as the single point of contact for day-to-day coordination with customers
• Monitor warehouse activities and take appropriate actions to meet company targets and standards
• Plan and implement strategies for improvement in service and performance turnaround time (TAT) while managing costs
• Initiate a proactive management style and anticipate customer requirements

What you need

• SOP writing
• MIS reporting
