Senior Executive-Order to Cash-Cash Application

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Cash Application with 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/O2C operations. The role involves processing and applying customer payments including ACH, wire, check and lockbox receipts, performing account reconciliations, clearing invoices and credit memos, and resolving unapplied/unidentified cash, short payments, overpayments and payment discrepancies.

What you'll do

• Perform customer account reconciliations and clear invoices, credit memos, and open items
• Investigate and resolve unapplied/unidentified cash, short payments, overpayments, and payment discrepancies
• Review remittance details and coordinate with customers/internal teams to resolve exceptions
• Perform cash application activities in SAP with accuracy and within defined SLA timelines
• Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities
