About the role

Overview The HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing Workforce Administration transactions across the employee lifecycle in accordance with defined service levels, policies, and standard operating procedures. The role supports employee data management, HR transactions, and operational excellence through effective utilization of HR systems and tools

What you'll do

• Employee Lifecycle Administration Process employee lifecycle transactions (Minimum 40 cases per day) including: Hire and Rehire Job changes and transfers Promotions and…
• HR Systems & Data Management Maintain employee records in Employee Central and SAP
• Validate data integrity and perform data corrections when required
• Support data replication monitoring and issue resolution
• Maintain adherence to data governance and compliance requirements

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• Reporting
• SAP
• HR operations
• Customer service
• Process improvement
• Any graduate
