About the role

Production Planning & Execution – Plan, schedule, and execute production to achieve daily/monthly targets. Process & Manpower Management – Manage processes, machinery, workflow, manpower, and resources efficiently. Quality Management – Maintain quality standards and coordinate with QC to reduce defects/rework.
