Senior Executive - Quality Control (Speciality Chemical)

About the role

Quality Control team will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates, and finished products through analytical testing and compliance with established quality standards. The role requires strong expertise in laboratory operations, analytical techniques, documentation, and regulatory compliance within the specialty chemicals industry.

What you'll do

• Perform quality control testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per approved specifications and test methods
• Conduct routine and non-routine analysis using analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, KF, FTIR, IC, and other laboratory equipment
• Review analytical data, investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality systems, laboratory safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and maintain laboratory instruments, calibration schedules, and documentation
