What you'll do

• Primarily anchor end-to-end hiring for all corporate roles, while coordinating on-ground hiring
• This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys fast-paced execution, coordination, and people interaction, and is looking to build a strong foundation across HR
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels
• Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth candidate experience
