Senior Executive - Training and Quality

About the role

Conduct structured training programs for nurses, technicians, and other point-of-care (POC) staff to meet clinical and organizational KPIs. Provide hands-on guidance to clinical staff to improve patient outcomes and reduce adverse events. Do clinic visits regularly on every month with prior tour plan in such a way to maintain work life balance.

What you'll do

• Ensure the implementation of standardized clinical practices across all clinics
• Conduct structured training programs for nurses, technicians, and other point-of-care (POC) staff to meet clinical and organizational KPIs
• Provide hands-on guidance to clinical staff to improve patient outcomes and reduce adverse events
• Identify and ensure to close any safety related NCs on time by coordinating with concern department/persons
• Collaborate with clinical managers to identify gaps in patient care and implement targeted training interventions
