Senior Expert Assurance Strategy & Innovation (f/m/d)

About the role

As Senior Expert Assurance Strategy & Innovation, you will be a key architect of this transformation: shaping strategy, driving AI integration and enabling the newly established Assurance Hub in India. Working in close partnership with the Head of Assurance and leadership team, you will act as a strategic thought partner at the intersection of governance excellence and digital innovation.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic analysis and decision support to the Head of Assurance on cross-Assurance transformation topics
• Shape forward-looking concepts and frameworks across the entire Assurance spectrum (Audit, IC, Governance, ERM)
• Build and own the strategic roadmap for AI integration within the Assurance function
• Develop and implement a global knowledge-transfer concept across all regions (AM, EUR, AMEA, China)
• Act as a sparring partner and Subject Matter Expert in establishing the Internal Controls and Audit function in India (Project Pathfinder)
