Senior Finance Analyst, Global Supply Chain & Tenders

About the role

The Global Supply Chain Finance team supports Castrol's Global Accounts and Global Tender activities, helping drive profitable growth through commercial evaluation, tender support, costing analysis, and financial modelling.

What you'll do

• Lead financial support for global and regional customer tenders and RFQ opportunities
• Develop robust costing projections, valuation models, and commercial business cases to support customer offers
• Coordinate inputs across finance, supply chain, procurement, pricing, marketing, technology, and country teams
• Support commercial negotiations through analysis of pricing, profitability, cost-to-serve, and value/risk trade-offs
• Manage tender governance, approvals, documentation, and audit requirements to ensure compliance
