Senior Finance Manager

About the role

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role that goes beyond accounting. You will be responsible for ensuring strong financial operations, meaningful management reporting, donor compliance, audit coordination and effective cash management. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, building processes and partnering with teams across the organization.

What you'll do

• Accounting & Financial Operations
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate and timely closure of books
• Review reconciliations, accounting entries, payables, receivables and financial controls
• Identify and resolve accounting and operational finance issues
• MIS & Financial Analysis

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Financial analysis
• MIS reporting
• Cash flow
• Budgeting
• Financial reporting
• Excel
• CA Intermediate or Chartered Accountant
