About the role

JLL is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Specialist to join our Accounts Payable team. This position requires a highly skilled professional with 5-7 years of proven expertise in accounts payable operations within a multinational organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions while maintaining rigorous compliance standards and providing superior customer service.

What you'll do

Process PO and non-PO invoices; perform three-way match and resolve simple blocks; prepare payment proposals for review; complete basic vendor reconciliations
Execute Withholding Tax (WHT), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Tax Collected at Source (TCS), Value Added Tax (VAT)
Monitor, verify, and reconcile banking transactions against bank statements to maintain accuracy and ensure data integrity
Keep your queue current so invoices reach payment on time and month-end accrual inputs are complete
Validate documents for vendor master data requests, log, answer and track vendor queries; escalate complex issues to a senior colleague with full context
