About the role

Senior Financial Analyst at Koch. Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Bangalore India.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with Program Managers, Finance Business Partners, P&L Owners, and site leadership to provide clear financial insight, identify risks and opportunities
• This is a hybrid position with 4 days/week on site
• Manage the financial performance and controls of assigned programs, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company policies
• Lead financial forecasting and budgeting activities, including revenue and cost planning for program milestones and pre-production phases
• Analyze program financial results, identify variances, risks, and opportunities, and communicate insights to business and finance leaders
