About the role

The Financial Systems Architect is a key member of the Technology and Data Solutions (TDS) team, responsible for supporting and enhancing Cushman & Wakefield's OneStream SaaS platform. This role focuses on ensuring security, governance, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise financial processes, including financial consolidation, close, reporting, forecasting, planning, and analysis (xP&A).

What you'll do

Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Master Data Management, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Drive the delivery of scalable solutions that align with strategic business objectives and enterprise finance transformation initiatives
Collaborate with Product Managers and business users to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support roadmap execution
