About the role

Perform and review food testing activities in Chemistry and Microbiology disciplines. Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, ICP-OES, and microbiological testing equipment. Review analytical data and ensure compliance with approved methods and regulatory requirements.

• Review analytical data and ensure compliance with approved methods and regulatory requirements
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and traceability of test results
• Act as FSSAI Authorized Analyst as per regulatory requirements
