Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a key partner to leadership in driving business performance and strengthening P&L management. In this role, you will take ownership of labor variance analysis, labor walk reporting, volume-rate impact assessments, FX impact calculations, and cost allocations across departments and regions.

What you'll do

• Lead FP&A activities including monthly/ quarterly close, analysis and reporting for the respective function/ business
• Work with Accounting during close process to ensure accurate entries and suggest reclasses, accruals as needed
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and present P&L monthly reporting package with variance explanations, headcount analysis, expense detail by vendor
• Develop quarterly forecasts and bottoms-up budget, working with the Finance Manager and portfolio leaders
