Senior FP&A Expert - Financial Task Design and Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis professional to contribute to an innovative AI evaluation project focused on complex financial workflows and business decision-making. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance to design realistic business scenarios and analytical tasks.

What you'll do

• Design realistic FP&A tasks and business scenarios reflecting complex financial planning, forecasting, and corporate decision-making processes
• Develop comprehensive financial models and reference solutions using Excel, ensuring transparent formulas, documented assumptions, scenario analysis
• Create practical exercises covering core FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, headcount planning, and investment evaluations
• Build and assess integrated financial analyses incorporating income statements, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, working capital, liquidity
• Develop complex business scenarios using multiple information sources, including spreadsheets, contracts, emails, management presentations
