Senior Fraud and Risk Program Analyst

About the role

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced operations and program professional to own a meaningful slice of MoonPay's Trust & Safety Ops function outright. Based in our Bangalore office, you'll work closely with the Fraud and Risk Program Lead — taking the lead on operational efficiency, metrics, reporting and partner coordination for T&S Ops, with guidance and support from the Lead rather than direction on every task.

What you'll do

• Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
• Own operational efficiency for T&S Ops — identify, design and drive process enhancements end to end
• Own Ops process documentation, keeping it current as workflows evolve
• Lead structured process reviews, turning findings into improvement plans and seeing them through to delivery
• Operational Metrics, Dashboards & Reporting

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Reporting
• Excel
• Compliance
• SQL
• Looker
• Any graduate
