About the role

The Senior Fraud Investigator is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading complex or high-impact investigations, identifying emerging fraud patterns, and serving as a subject matter expert within the fraud function. This role is expected to operate with a high degree of independence and sound judgment while managing complex casework and contributing to broader fraud risk strategies.

What you'll do

• Lead complex fraud investigations involving multiple accounts, transactions, channels, and/or subjects
• Identify and analyze emerging fraud trends, typologies, and risk indicators
• Conduct root cause analysis of fraud events and identify opportunities to strengthen fraud controls
