About the role

We’re looking for Consultant / Sr. Consultant with expertise in Process Assessment assignments with process mapping experience. Also, experience in FP&A, Financial Accounting and Reporting domain is an added advantage to join the global EY - Finance Consulting team. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

What you'll do

• Help clients develop their Performance Improvement initiatives and identify potential opportunities for performance improvements drive them
• Create L1-L5 “As-Is” and “To-Be” process mapping using tools such as Planview, Nimbus, ARIS, IBM Blueworks and Visio
• Design KPIs and Control frameworks for O2C, P2P and R2R processes
• Translate business requirements to technical language and model (good to have)
• Managing/ supervising teams of people on project work

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• SAP
• Variance analysis
• Month-end close
• IFRS

• Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA
