Senior Fund Accountant

The type of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily apartment communities to large-scale office towers across the United States and European markets, and range in value sizes from $25 million USD – $500+ million USD.

What you'll do

• Manage monthly close and quarter-end financial reporting for multiple investment fund entities
• Prepare financial statements, investor capital activity reports, fund performance metrics, and IRR calculations
• Record and review general ledger transactions , including complex multi-entity allocation journal entries
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and capital allocation schedules
• Support investment and debt reporting, cash management activities , and treasury-related processes

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Financial reporting
• Excel
• Financial statements
• Reconciliation
• Treasury
• Chartered Accountant or B.Com

Good to have
