Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, business-focused, and highly autonomous Senior Graphic Designer to own and elevate the Capsugel brand across global pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets. In this role, you will transform complex scientific, regulatory, and technical content into compelling visual communications that support marketing, sales, and customer engagement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Design and develop high-quality marketing collateral, digital assets, campaign materials, social media graphics, web banners, brochures, technical sheets
• Translate complex pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and scientific content into visually engaging and commercially effective communications
• Maintain and evolve the Capsugel brand system, including templates, guidelines, and visual identity standards. Lead creative execution for trade shows, exhibitions
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations. Partner with marketing, product
• Manage digital brand assets and support governance of design files within approved asset management systems
