Senior Hardware Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our Product HW design team , working on advanced networking systems where signal integrity, power integrity, and system‑level performance are critical. This role is intended for highly experienced engineers (12–16 years) who own complete hardware designs end‑to‑end , lead critical technical decisions, mentor other engineers, and see their work shipped at global scale .

What you'll do

• As a Senior Hardware Design Engineer, you will play a key technical leadership role within a highly experienced R&D organization
• Lead and own complex hardware designs end‑to‑end , including: Functional specifications, Component selection, Schematic capture
• Drive high‑speed digital design decisions , addressing: Signal integrity and channel performance, Power distribution and sequencing, Timing, design margins, reliability
• Serve as the technical owner for complete boards or major subsystems within networking products
• Partner closely with cross‑functional and multi‑site teams —including PCB layout, SI/PI, validation, mechanical, thermal, EMC, manufacturing, firmware
