Senior HR Executive-APAC

About the role

Based in Chennai, India , the Senior HR Executive, APAC will provide comprehensive HR support to employees, managers and HR stakeholders across multiple countries in the APAC region .

What you'll do

• Research and respond to employee inquiries relating to regional HR policies, processes and employment matters in a timely and professional manner
• Process new hire information, employee status changes and other HR transactions in HRIS and internal systems
• Prepare and provide HR reports, analytics and employee data to HR leadership and management as required
• Support the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparation of new hire documentation, coordination with relevant stakeholders and updating HR systems
• Support the offboarding process, including exit documentation, exit interviews, final payroll inputs and HRIS updates
