Senior HR Partner

About the role

We are looking for Senior HR Partner to join the ShipBob India People Strategy & Operations team as the execution engine of our People Operations function. This role is the first line of delivery across the India employee lifecycle — handling HRIS administration, compliance, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience with accuracy, speed, and care.

What you'll do

• HR Operations, Compliance & Data
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records across the HRIS and all People systems (employment profile changes, T&A
• Processing employment, confirmation, and employment verification letters, and processing approved compensation changes with accurate documentation retention
• Administering the XOXO voucher process and supporting the SPIFF reward program
• Supporting India benefits administration in coordination with carriers and Finance, and assisting with accurate Provident Fund, Pension Scheme
